Return & Refund Policy 

At 4Starz, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

However, if there is an issue with your order after it has been shipped, we are here to help.

If your product arrives damaged or never arrives, please contact us by email within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Be sure to include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged.

Once we review the information and confirm the issue, we will issue a refund for the affected order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer. We do not currently offer free shipping, except during special promotions, sales, or limited-time events.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary and may be longer during periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events. We appreciate your patience while your order is being prepared.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please allow additional time during holidays or periods of high demand.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged, please attach clear photos of the product.

  • Original one-of-a-kind pieces
    This applies to one-of-one originals and limited-design pieces. For unique items, such as original paintings on canvas or other surfaces, shipping times may vary depending on the artwork. We will communicate the shipping timeline and provide updates throughout the process so you’re always informed.


  • We may share necessary information, such as your name and shipping address, with our production and shipping partners to fulfill your order.

 

Shipping Regions

At this time, 4 Starz Clothing ships to select regions and countries. Availability of shipping destinations may change as we continue to expand.

If your location is not available at checkout, it means we currently do not ship to that region.
